Complex & Exotic Alloy Machining

MGM Manufacturing’s area of expertise is in production of custom build-to-print 4 and 5-Axis CNC milling and turning components. We welcome the opportunity to produce any array of machined components from various alloys and plastic material, but our primary focus is in manufacturing the components that average companies do not wish to produce. 

Our specialty is in complex and close tolerance precision CNC components from the exotic and harder alloys.

We welcome both prototypes, lower volume parts as well as production volume projects. There are no projects too small or too large for us to handle! If quick turn-around delivery is what you need, we also have expedited machining services to produce your parts within a short time span. 

Our CNC turning capabilities allow us to manufacture parts up to 15” in diameter and 12” long and CNC milling of components up to 84” long and 40” wide.

Some of the alloys we have machined over the years include; Aluminum, Tool Steels, Copper, Bronze, Stainless Steel, Aluminum Nickel Bronze, various Heat Treated Steels, Brass and other metal alloys. 

Likewise, some of the harder and exotic alloys we have successfully machined in the past include; Titanium, Inconel, Monel, Molybdenum, Beryllium Copper, Hastelloy, Waspaloy, Nickel, A286 Steel and any array of other exotic alloys. 

Additionally, we excel at CNC machining components from an array of industrial grade plastics such as; Delrin, PEEK, Vespel, Nylon, Teflon, Acetal, HDPE, Ultem, G-10, PTFE, Torlon, Celazole and other industrial plastic polymers.Proven results that speak for themselves.
